Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges with the following conditions:
– Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange.
– Items must be returned in new condition for refunds and exchanges to apply
– Customer is responsible for return mailing / shipping fees
Personalized products are non-returnable and may only be exchanged due to the personal nature of these items:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Perishable products (like food or flowers)
– Digital downloads
