Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
– Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase
– Contact us within 5 days of delivery For an Exchange
– Item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
– We do not accept returns due to the custom creation of each product we produce.
– We want to make sure you are happy with your order, so please contact us if you have any problems.
– If an order is damaged, we will replace the item. The original item may need to be returned.
Returns of Custom or Personalized Products:
We do not accept returns due to the nature of these items:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Perishable products (like food or flowers)
– Digital downloads
Returns and Exchange Details:
We accept returns for store credit. If you are not totally happy with your purchase we can either make changes to what you bought or you can pick out something different. If you want to return something for an exchange, you must contact us with in a week of receiving your item. and the item must be returned right away. We realize that it is difficult to purchase wedding items over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchases, so we take great care in producing quality products and we list extensive descriptions and photographs. The item you have purchased is the item you will receive.
